This new craftsman-style home redefines classy, modern mountain living! Noble Nelson is tucked on a wooded lot about 1.5 miles from the Bryce Resort Lodge on a sparsely populated mountain road. Come enjoy the woodland serenity from its large double decks, large private hot tub, and fire pit! The driveway and street-side parking pad accommodates three vehicles. Access to the main entry door requires three steps up from the driveway level. Other than a short drive to the Resort Lodge, guests enjoy easy (1 mile) access to the Basye Community Store, Burn Barrel tavern, RHouse restaurant, and Pale Fire Brewing Company.

FEATURES & AMENITIES:
Upon entry on the main level, the foyer opens to a great room with vaulted ceilings in the living room. Huge east- and south-facing windows bring in tons of light and create a tree house feeling. The large rear deck, off the living room, has seating for eight and a gas grill.. The living area includes a large sectional sofa and two huge ottomans that double as additional seating or lounging space for the kiddos, a stone wood-burning fireplace, and a large smart TV above the mantle. Watch your favorite TV shows and movies with your preferred streaming providers; it's also game console-ready. The kitchen and dining room, one with the great room, includes basic cookware, tableware, Thor appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker (K-cups provided, but bring your favorite roast/flavor). Dining accommodates eight at the family-style table, plus three more at the kitchen bar. Rounding out the main floor is a large primary bedroom, massive walk-through closet, and a bathroom that you won't soon forget. Finally, the laundry room with full-size washer & dryer is easily accessed from either the entry foyer or the primary en-suite bathroom.
The upstairs loft features a balcony overlooking the living room and fireplace, one bedroom with queen bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and a full Jack & Jill bathroom. The second bedroom has a smart TV for watching shows or gaming.
The lowest level features a large recreation room with a huge smart TV and another large sectional sofa - perfect for movie night or watching the big game! The fourth bedroom (queen) is tucked away in the back corner of this level, along with another full bathroom, and a futon for extra sleeping/lounging space. Guests access the second deck from this level, as well as the private hot tub and fire pit patio.
The home is equipped with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, five trash bags, one bath trash bag per bathroom, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with large groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.
WiFi internet is provided by cable modem and an Eero mesh network running at 250+mbps -- plenty for pretty much anything you need to do online.
Upon entering Noble Nelson, please pause to read the high-tech lighting diagram & instructions. Have fun with all the lights can do - especially the galaxy lights in the living room (access via the loft) and on the shelf in loft bedroom #2.
**This is a self-check-in property. Guests will receive Check-in Instructions via email seven days prior to the arrival date, or immediately if booking within seven days. The Check-in Instructions include the property address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, WiFi log-in credentials, and other important preparatory information.

This property has a professionally-maintained (between every reservation) outdoor hot tub, a gas grill, and a level-2 EV charger.
Firewood for the fire pit and fireplace can be purchased by the bundle at the Basye Community Store or at the kiosk in our office parking lot (2565 Orkney Grade).
Security cameras are mounted on the exterior of the home, but do not face any back yard guest leisure areas.
Guests have unlimited access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our reception office (2565 Orkney Grade, Mount Jackson, VA 22842), which is about 1.75 miles from this home. See pictures of our pool in the unit listing. It's open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Quiet hours after 10:00pm and before 8:00am are strongly enforced by the local security and police.

Bryce Resort offers many activities and features throughout the year, including snow skiing/boarding, snow tubing, golf, Lake Laura swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, and kayaking, and a thrill-filled lift-accessed mountain bike park.
